Description

Tender chicken skewers coated in a creamy, spicy sauce that combines sweetness and heat, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (bamboo or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the bang bang sauce. Allow to meld for a few minutes.
  2. Marinate chicken chunks in half of the bang bang sauce for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  6. Serve skewers with remaining bang bang sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make the bang bang sauce in advance for deeper flavors. You can also use an air fryer or oven if the grill isn’t available.
