- 2 slices French Bread
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Potato Chips (for serving)
- Coleslaw (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on the outside of the slices of French bread.
- Layer shredded chicken mixed with BBQ sauce and cheese on the inside of the bread.
- Close the sandwich and place it in the skillet.
- Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
- Serve with potato chips or coleslaw.
Notes
Prepare shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in advance to save time. Customize with jalapeños or sautéed vegetables.
