Description

A mouthwatering twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring BBQ chicken, melty cheese, and crispy French bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices French Bread
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Potato Chips (for serving)
  • Coleslaw (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on the outside of the slices of French bread.
  3. Layer shredded chicken mixed with BBQ sauce and cheese on the inside of the bread.
  4. Close the sandwich and place it in the skillet.
  5. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
  6. Serve with potato chips or coleslaw.

Notes

Prepare shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in advance to save time. Customize with jalapeños or sautéed vegetables.
