Description

A vibrant and flavorful Broccoli Salad featuring fresh broccoli, smoky bacon, and a creamy mayonnaise dressing, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 6 slices Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
  2. Cook the smoked bacon until it’s crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, crispy bacon, sliced red onion, and sliced almonds.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Customization is encouraged! Add diced apples, cranberries, or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
