- 4 cups Fresh Broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- 6 slices Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
- Cook the smoked bacon until it’s crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, crispy bacon, sliced red onion, and sliced almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
