Description

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Mozzarella Sticks filled with creamy mozzarella and the spicy kick of buffalo sauce, perfect for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Set aside.
  2. In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs for your dipping station.
  3. Take a mozzarella stick, dip it into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally roll it in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. Repeat for all cheese sticks.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully immerse a few sticks into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  6. Serve with your choice of blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using an air fryer; adjust cooking time accordingly. You can freeze un-fried sticks for up to three months and fry from frozen.
