Crispy Buffalo Chicken Mozzarella Sticks filled with creamy mozzarella and the spicy kick of buffalo sauce, perfect for dipping.

- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Set aside.
- In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs for your dipping station.
- Take a mozzarella stick, dip it into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally roll it in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. Repeat for all cheese sticks.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully immerse a few sticks into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve with your choice of blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a healthier option, consider using an air fryer; adjust cooking time accordingly. You can freeze un-fried sticks for up to three months and fry from frozen.
