- 200g cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup butter chicken sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the onions: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger: Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Stir in chicken & sauce: Add shredded chicken and butter chicken sauce, folding together and heating through for 3-4 minutes.
- Incorporate heavy cream: Reduce heat to low, add cream slowly while stirring continuously.
- Combine with pasta: Toss in reserved pasta, ensuring it’s well coated with sauce.
- Season with salt: Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
- Serve and garnish: Plate warm and top with fresh cilantro.
