- 1.5 cups orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat until shimmers.
- Add diced chicken, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same pot for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add orzo, chicken broth, and heavy cream; bring to a gentle boil.
