Description

A refreshing salad featuring crisp cucumbers, creamy avocado, and imitation crab, dressed in a zesty rice vinegar and sesame oil mix.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber thinly and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add the shredded imitation crab meat and diced avocado.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes
