- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Chopped Cilantro for Garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the chicken by placing it in a resealable bag with the marinade; seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat before cooking.
- Prepare the chicken by removing it from the bag and discarding the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes after grilling to allow juices to redistribute.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with sides of your choice.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using chicken thighs or allow for longer marination. You can bake or air fry the chicken if grilling isn’t an option.
