Description

Delight in these soft, chewy cookies filled with creamy cheesecake and rich chocolate, combining the classic flavors of chocolate chip cookies with a lush cheesecake twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla extract; beat until fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the egg and mix until well blended.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. You can freeze dough balls for later use, baking directly from frozen when needed.
