- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, finely chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Spoon approximately one tablespoon of crab mixture into the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water.
- Fold the wonton wrapper diagonally to create a triangle. Press edges tightly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry three to four bombs in hot oil for about 3–4 minutes, turning for even browning.
- Transfer the fried bombs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain oil temperature. Keep wonton wrappers covered to prevent drying out.
