- 1 pound mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add in the mixed vegetables and half of the shredded cheese, stirring gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the veggies are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
