Description

A rich and creamy casserole filled with tender vegetables and gooey cheese, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add in the mixed vegetables and half of the shredded cheese, stirring gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the veggies are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
