Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the potatoes on the lined baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
