Description

A heartwarming bowl of creamy ramen with tender chicken and vibrant vegetables, perfect for cozy nights and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, Sliced
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Packs of Ramen Noodles
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Green Onions for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in 2 packs of ramen noodles and 1 cup of mixed vegetables, cooking for 4-5 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut milk. Adjust the cooking time for different proteins.
