- 2 Chicken Breasts, Sliced
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Packs of Ramen Noodles
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Green Onions for Garnish
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in 2 packs of ramen noodles and 1 cup of mixed vegetables, cooking for 4-5 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut milk. Adjust the cooking time for different proteins.
