Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float to the surface—this typically takes just a few minutes. Drain and set aside.

- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, tossing them to ensure they’re well-coated in the creamy sauce.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
