  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt and pepper generously on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in your skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until crispy and golden; then remove from skillet.
  4. Lower the heat and introduce the minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the cream and stir continuously to combine.
  6. Add Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  7. Stir in spinach (if using) and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Return the crispy chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for about a minute to absorb flavors.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
