Instructions
- Begin by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt and pepper generously on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until crispy and golden; then remove from skillet.
- Lower the heat and introduce the minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream and stir continuously to combine.
- Add Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in spinach (if using) and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Return the crispy chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for about a minute to absorb flavors.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
