Description

Indulge in the luxurious flavor of dark chocolate raspberry cheesecake, a perfect blend of creamy cheese, rich chocolate, and tart raspberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press into the base of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, melted chocolate, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
