Description

Experience the delicious symphony of flavors with Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese, where crispy, garlicky bread meets melted cheese in a comforting dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or white)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Blend the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a preheated non-stick skillet and sprinkle half the cheese over each slice.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up, and press lightly.
  5. Cook over low heat for about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

Consider making the garlic butter mixture in advance for convenience. Use an air fryer for quicker cooking.
