- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or white)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Blend the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a preheated non-stick skillet and sprinkle half the cheese over each slice.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up, and press lightly.
- Cook over low heat for about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
Consider making the garlic butter mixture in advance for convenience. Use an air fryer for quicker cooking.
