Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the diced potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the chicken breasts in the same mixture until well-coated.
- Arrange the chicken and potatoes in a single layer in a large baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
