Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender chicken and crispy roasted potatoes, all infused with garlic and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the diced potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken breasts in the same mixture until well-coated.
  4. Arrange the chicken and potatoes in a single layer in a large baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
