- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked grains (rice, quinoa, couscous, etc.)

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on one side, flipping once, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Toss the broccoli florets in a mixing bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Spread broccoli on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the grains according to the package instructions and keep warm.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Assemble the bowls by layering cooked grains, sliced grilled chicken, and roasted broccoli. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
