Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 ears fresh corn, grilled
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt for creamy dressing
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Season the shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
