- 1 large kielbasa sausage (about 12–16 oz)
- ½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay the kielbasa on a cutting board and make thin slices across the sausage about ½ inch apart.
- Blend your chosen BBQ sauce with minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Brush the kielbasa generously with olive oil and place it on your baking sheet.
- Pour the mixed BBQ sauce over the sausage, ensuring it seeps into the slices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the kielbasa is warmed through and the sauce is caramelized.
- Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top before serving.
