Description

A stunning and flavorful dish featuring crispy, baked kielbasa infused with BBQ sauce and fresh parsley.


Ingredients

  • 1 large kielbasa sausage (about 1216 oz)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay the kielbasa on a cutting board and make thin slices across the sausage about ½ inch apart.
  3. Blend your chosen BBQ sauce with minced garlic in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the kielbasa generously with olive oil and place it on your baking sheet.
  5. Pour the mixed BBQ sauce over the sausage, ensuring it seeps into the slices.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the kielbasa is warmed through and the sauce is caramelized.
  7. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top before serving.

Notes
