Description

A delightful dish of juicy honey BBQ chicken paired with creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes, perfect for gatherings and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, brushing with Honey BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
  4. Boil diced potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and return them to the pot.
  5. Add olive oil, minced garlic, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the potatoes; mix well until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken next to the cheesy garlic Parmesan potatoes, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Marinate chicken in sauce a few hours or overnight for deeper flavors. Use air fryer as a quicker cooking method.
