Description

A refreshing salad featuring crisp cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers and arrange them on a serving platter.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter them over the cucumber slices.
  3. Tear the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and add to the salad.
  4. Tear the fresh basil leaves and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
