- 3 large potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Allow them to cool, then dice into cubes.
- Create the base by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Gently fold them in.
