- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Cube the cooled potatoes and place them into a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the dressing with the cubed potatoes, mixing until coated.
