- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (extra for garnish)
- 1 tsp fresh dill (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon (approximately 2 tbsp)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté the minced garlic.
- Add Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes, cooking for a minute.
- Sprinkle in fresh parsley and dill, mixing well.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, and let simmer.
- Fold in the heavy cream to create a rich sauce.
- Combine the seared chicken with the sauce and let it soak in the flavors.
- Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For lighter versions, substitute chicken thighs or use olive oil instead of butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
