Description

Delightful croissant rolls filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and savory pepperoni, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 4 mozzarella sticks (halved)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles, pairing triangles if you have dough strips left over.
  3. Place 3–4 slices of pepperoni and one halved piece of mozzarella on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough tightly toward the tip, completely enclosing the filling.
  5. Sprinkle optional Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of each roll before baking.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate for hot, fresh bites before serving. Customize with different fillings or cooking methods.
