Description

Delicious bite-sized morsels of smoked sausage wrapped in crispy bacon, filled with cream cheese and jalapenos, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Thick, Crispy Bacon
  • Smoked Sausage
  • Cream Cheese
  • Jalapenos
  • Honey BBQ Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the smoked sausage into thick coins.
  3. Wrap a strip of bacon around each sausage piece.
  4. In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese and mix with chopped jalapenos.
  5. Fill each bacon-wrapped sausage with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Drizzle the honey BBQ glaze over each filled shot.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
