Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the smoked sausage into thick coins.
- Wrap a strip of bacon around each sausage piece.
- In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese and mix with chopped jalapenos.
- Fill each bacon-wrapped sausage with the cream cheese mixture.
- Drizzle the honey BBQ glaze over each filled shot.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
