- 4 Russet Potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 3 cloves of Fresh Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the russet potatoes.
- Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Combine minced fresh garlic with olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Toss the sliced potatoes in the garlic oil until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Stack the potato slices in groups of three or four, seasoning each layer with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake them for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
Slicing the potatoes ahead of time and storing them in water with lemon juice will prevent browning.
