Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Russet Potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 3 cloves of Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the russet potatoes.
  3. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Combine minced fresh garlic with olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  5. Toss the sliced potatoes in the garlic oil until evenly coated.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Stack the potato slices in groups of three or four, seasoning each layer with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake them for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Slicing the potatoes ahead of time and storing them in water with lemon juice will prevent browning.
