- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce. Toss gently.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
- Garnish with chopped green onions just before serving, if desired.
