- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz noodles (your choice)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
- Introduce sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and chili paste, mixing everything well for about a minute.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
To prevent sticking, rinse the noodles with cold water after cooking. Feel free to customize with other vegetables or proteins.
