- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini burger buns

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- While the tater tots bake, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, shape into mini patties.
- Cook the beef patties in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Place a cooked beef patty on top of each baked tater tot and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Assemble the bites on mini buns with your choice of toppings and serve warm.
