Description

Delicious mini cheeseburger bites built on a crispy tater tot base, featuring juicy beef patties and melted cheddar cheese for a nostalgic twist on comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, condiments

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While the tater tots bake, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, shape into mini patties.
  4. Cook the beef patties in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Place a cooked beef patty on top of each baked tater tot and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Assemble the bites on mini buns with your choice of toppings and serve warm.
