Description

A delicious BBQ Chicken Pizza topped with tender chicken, smoky barbecue sauce, and gooey cheese, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
  5. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the prepared dough.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Add the red onion slices on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Remove and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  10. Slice and enjoy!
