- 8 medium Jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 oz Brie Cheese, softened
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Optional: 4 slices Bacon, chopped
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Cayenne or paprika, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños by halving and seeding them carefully.
- Mix the Brie, cream cheese, honey, and mixed berries in a bowl until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese and berry mixture, packing it in slightly.
- Optional: If desired, wrap each stuffed jalapeño in bacon.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and spices on top.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, ensuring space between each popper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until peppers are tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make-ahead options: Prep the filling and stuff the jalapeños a few hours ahead. You can also cook them in an air fryer at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
