Description

A vibrant and delicious guacamole that celebrates the creamy richness of avocados balanced with zesty lime and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, twist to separate, and carefully remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop the velvety flesh into the bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork, aiming for a balance between smoothness and texture.
  3. Add minced garlic, chopped cilantro, diced onion, diced tomato, and lime juice to the bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos or burritos.

Notes

For a different flavor, swap cilantro for parsley or add jalapeños for heat. To prevent browning, store in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed against the surface.
