Description

A vibrant and satisfying salad with crisp romaine, savory bacon, and a creamy dressing that celebrates fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, diced cucumber, and red onion. Gently toss the ingredients together.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over your salad mixture. Gently toss everything together until well coated.
