Description

A delightful casserole combining soft cinnamon rolls and juicy blueberries, creating a comforting dish perfect for cozy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of cinnamon rolls
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the cinnamon rolls by cutting each into quarters and placing them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Add the fresh blueberries over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and blueberries and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Finish by drizzling with icing from the cinnamon rolls and sprinkling powdered sugar on top before serving.

Notes

Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before cutting to maintain its structure. Can be made a day ahead and baked in the morning.
