- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and mashed banana in a large mixing bowl.
- Incorporate the chocolate chips (or dried fruit), vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each cookie gently with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
