Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl and whisk until evenly mixed.
- Mix in the warm milk, melted butter, and egg until blended into a shaggy dough.
- Turn the mixture onto a floured surface and knead for about five minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about one hour.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick on a floured surface.
- Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the rolled dough, then sprinkle with white chocolate chips and pistachios.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long edge and cut into about 12 equal pieces.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased baking pan; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to prepare the glaze.
- Drizzle the warm glaze over the rolls before serving.
