Description

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl and whisk until evenly mixed.
  2. Mix in the warm milk, melted butter, and egg until blended into a shaggy dough.
  3. Turn the mixture onto a floured surface and knead for about five minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about one hour.
  5. Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick on a floured surface.
  6. Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the rolled dough, then sprinkle with white chocolate chips and pistachios.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge and cut into about 12 equal pieces.
  8. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking pan; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to prepare the glaze.
  11. Drizzle the warm glaze over the rolls before serving.
