Instructions
- Blend together the chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts into a resealable plastic bag, and pour the marinade over the top, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Seal the bag, pressing out excess air, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours recommended).

- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess liquid drip away, and discard the marinade.
