Description

A decadent dessert that merges the delightful softness of cinnamon rolls with a rich custard-like cobbler.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cinnamon rolls by cutting each roll into quarters.
  3. Mix the quartered cinnamon rolls with brown sugar, melted butter, chopped nuts, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Whisk the milk and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl.
  6. Pour the milk mixture over the cinnamon roll mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, drizzled with icing if desired.

Notes

For a nut-free option, simply omit the chopped nuts. This dish can be made the night before; just cover and refrigerate it before baking.
