Description

A vibrant and refreshing Cobb Salad featuring grilled chicken, mixed greens, avocado, bacon, and blue cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey Dijon dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
