- 60 g rolled oats

- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Zest of 1/2 organic lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Oil or butter for frying
Instructions
- Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the oats, finely grated garlic, mustard, baking powder, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir until well incorporated.
- Heat the Pan: Over medium heat, warm a non-stick skillet or cast iron pan. Add oil or butter to coat the bottom.
- Shape the Discs: Scoop portions of the mixture onto the pan, forming circular shapes.
- Cook Until Golden: Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Transfer the discs to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
