- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the creamy mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Add cheese on top, if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the casserole a day in advance. If using fresh vegetables, partially cook them before mixing.
