- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped fruits and gently toss them together.
- Prepare the yogurt mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Mix it all together: Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the fruits and gently toss again.
- Chill & serve: Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish: If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
Use only fresh and ripe fruits for the best flavor. Consider making it a few hours ahead but add the yogurt just before serving.
