Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad mixed with creamy yogurt, perfect for gatherings or picnics.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups grapes, halved
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped fruits and gently toss them together.
  2. Prepare the yogurt mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix it all together: Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the fruits and gently toss again.
  4. Chill & serve: Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish: If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Use only fresh and ripe fruits for the best flavor. Consider making it a few hours ahead but add the yogurt just before serving.
