Description

A refreshing and creamy salad made with plump grapes, creamy dressing, and optional crunchy nuts and mini marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of grapes (red and green, halved)
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine base ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in grapes: Add the halved grapes and gently fold them into the cream mixture.
  3. Optional add-ins: If desired, fold in chopped nuts and mini marshmallows for additional texture and sweetness.
