Description

Indulge in the rich flavors of this Creamy Ranch Chicken Breast, enveloped in a velvety sauce that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering, it’s ready for the chicken.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, ensuring both sides are well-coated. Sauté them in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes per side until they achieve a gorgeous golden brown color and are cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate to rest.
  4. Add the ranch seasoning, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the same skillet. Whisk gently to combine.
  5. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to bask in that creamy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Marinate the chicken overnight for bolder flavor.
