Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning both sides with salt and pepper, then coating in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the chicken in the hot skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Toast the bread lightly until golden on the outside.
  5. Dress one side of each slice of bread with Caesar dressing.
  6. Assemble by layering crispy chicken on toasted bread, followed by romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese. Cap with another slice of bread.
