Instructions
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Toast the brioche buns in a separate pan until golden.
