Description

A nostalgic and comforting casserole made with hot dogs, chili, biscuits, and topped with melted cheese, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 hot dogs, sliced
  • 1 can of chili
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 onion, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer your sliced hot dogs evenly on the bottom of the pot.
  3. Sprinkle onion and bell pepper over the hot dogs if using.
  4. Pour the chili over the hot dog layer.
  5. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and layer them on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the biscuit layer.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider using flavored or spicy chili. You can prepare it the night before and refrigerate it.
