Description
A nostalgic and comforting casserole made with hot dogs, chili, biscuits, and topped with melted cheese, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 8 hot dogs, sliced
- 1 can of chili
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 onion, diced (optional)
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer your sliced hot dogs evenly on the bottom of the pot.
- Sprinkle onion and bell pepper over the hot dogs if using.
- Pour the chili over the hot dog layer.
- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and layer them on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the biscuit layer.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider using flavored or spicy chili. You can prepare it the night before and refrigerate it.
